We need to think about the order lead time and the production lead time separately. To reduce the order lead time, for example, we can think about shortening the delivery time for parts. We need to ensure cooperation with our customer to do this.

注文リードタイムと製造リードタイムに分けて考える必要がありますね。注文リードタイム短縮なら、例えば部品の納期短縮が考えられます。これには納品先と協力していく必要があります。
