金型の曲面加工の精度を上げるには？

I would like to create a mold with the highest possible accuracy and finish using a cutting machine. Do you know of any good ways to do it?: 切削加工機でこの金型の曲面をできるだけ高精度に仕上げたいのですが、
いい方法はないでしょうか？

You should speed up the rotation of the ball end mill during the cutting process. This will improve the cutting quality and reduce burrs resulting in improved surface finish accuracy.: 切削加工する際に、ボールエンドミルの回転数を高めるといいですよ。
刃先の切削特性が向上し、バリの発生も抑えられ、加工面の精度がアップします。

What kind of measuring instruments would be good for checking the quality of the surface?: 加工面の品質をチェックするには、どんな測定器がいいでしょう？

How about a two dimensional laser displacement sensor? You can measure the shape of the surface with a wide band of laser light.: 2次元レーザ変位計はどうですか？
帯状に広がったレーザ光で表面の形状を測定できます。
