- How about using a fiber sensor that has a 0.1mm diameter beam spot? You set the beam spot on the edge of the outer diameter of the screw, and then if the beam returns the screw is good but if the beam doesn't return the screw is not good. Even if the object has a metal surface, a thru-beam type sensor that has a narrow beam spot can detect the object properly.
- スポット径が0.1mmのファイバセンサを使ってみてはどうですか？ビスの外径ぎりぎりにスポットを設置して、光が返ってきたらＯＫ、返ってこなければＮＧです。測定対象が金属面でも、小スポットの透過型センサであればきちんと検出できますよ。

※「NG」は和製英語ですので、日本企業の進出が盛んな一部で通じることはあっても、
ほとんどの英語圏では通じません。「no good」や「not good」などに言い換えましょう。
