5Sのうち「清潔」は、整理、整頓、清掃の3Sを維持すること、そして「しつけ」は、決められたルール・手順を正しく守る習慣をつけることです。つまり「清潔」「しつけ」の項目は、3Sの導入が完了した組織がチャレンジすべき、ワンランク上の目標であると言えます。整理・整頓・清掃を習慣化し、汚れない仕組み作りと、継続的な意識付けを行うことが大切です。今回は、5Sのうち「清潔」と「しつけ」について役立つ単語や会話例をご紹介します。
